Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (29A: banana, orange / base: 23G with lactose). Can 33 cl - Batch unreadable (BB: 10/2024). AROMA: medium wild fermentation notes (barnyard, horse blanket) with medium-low fruity notes (lemony and faint banana). slight neutral malt background and alcohol). APPEARANCE: light amber color and clear. medium-low off-white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium-high acidic flavor with barnyard notes. perceived medium-high bitterness with a overly dry and sharp finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body. medium carbonation. slight astringency. alcohol warmth present. OVERALL: a gose with added fruit with what seems wild yeast contamination. A bit on the boozy side too.
