AROMA: medium wet wood aroma with a vinous-like character (slightly sour). low caramelly malt background with low complexity. APPEARANCE: amber color body with orange highlights and material in suspension. faint beige head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium wood and vinous-like with a slight sour note. medium-low to low caramel malt background. slight yeast flavor. medium-low bitterness with an almost dry finish and hints of yeast. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a barrel aged wee heavy with muted notes and a predominant barrel character
