APPEARANCE: reddish amber and cristal clear. medium-low tanned head with ok retention. TASTE: initial medium-low malt flavor with notes of caramel and phenolic-like notes (plastic, burnt phenolics). medium-low bitterness with a low roasted finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an Irish red ale with overly roasted noted leading to the presence of associated phenolics.
