Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: calamansi, yuzu, passion fruit / 28D / 21A). Bottle 37.5 cl - Batch 002 (BB 102026). AROMA: medium-high clean sour citrus fruit aromatics. passion fruit and hops totally subdued. APPEARANCE: light yellow color and slightly hazy with large particles in suspension. medium-low white head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium citrus flavor, with medium clean sourness. low slightly sweet and neutral malt background. medium-low bitterness with a dry, sour and slightly yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a beer with loads of citrus presence that totally masked any IPA characteristic.
