Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 21A). Can 44 cl - Batch 33/2023 (BB 10/2023). AROMA: medium-high complex hop aroma with fruity notes (melon, pineapple), pine, resin and slight floral. medium-low neutral malt background and slightly sweet. APPEARANCE: yellow body and clear. low head with very low retention. TASTE: medium-high hop aroma with pine and resin notes. faint fruitness (melon). medium-low neutral malt background. medium-high bitterness in balance. finishes semi-dry to dry and slightly bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with almost no carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an IPA with nice hop notes in the aroma but more lacking in flavor. The very low carbonation doesnt help it either.
