AROMA: medium-high belgian yeast notes (oranges, slight lemon). slight clove phenolic. medium-high alcohol notes with a hot character. APPEARANCE: intense yellow color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with meidum-low retention. lace formation. TASTE: same notes as flavor but with a medium-low to low intensity (oranges, slight lemon and clove). medium yeast flavor. medium bitterness with a dry and slight yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. low alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an ok trippel with flavours starting to fade, slight more alcohol and less carbonation.
