Review based on the BJP2015 guidelines (style 21A- session). Bottle 33 cl - Batch DS020221 (BBF 02/2022). AROMA: medium to medium-low hop aroma with notes of fresh-green, grapefruit, lime and slight lychees. low background metallic note. neutral malt background with just a pinch of sweetness. faint isovaleric notes as beer warms up. APPEARANCE: orange-ish color and clear. medium creamy ivory head with good retention. TASTE: medium-low to low hop flavor with floral, fresh-green, slight lime notes. low malt background almost neutral, with very faint toffee characteristics as well as sweetness. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an ok session IPA maybe with a bit too much bitterness.
