APPEARANCE: amber color and clear. medium ivory head creamy, with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium-low hop flavor (grapefruit), followed by medium malt flavor with a toffee character. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish.
