Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21B: NEIPA). Bottle 33 cl - Batch DN280 121 (BBF: 01/2022). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of lime, grapefruit and green-fresh, slight lychees. medium malty background with a neutral sweetness. APPEARANCE: orange-ish color and hazy. medium-high creamy ivory head with good retention. slight leg formation. TASTE: medium to medium-low hop flavor similar to the aroma (lime, apricot, grapefruit, slight fresh-green), followed by medium malt background, neutral and sweet. medium-high bitterness in balance with malt. finishes dry and not overly bitter. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an ok NEIPA that should be enjoyed fresh as possible
