Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch DI280 121 (BBF 01/2022). AROMA: medium-low hop aroma that starts to fade (pine, slight ripe melon). low malty background with a caramelly character. APPEARANCE: light amber color and clear. medium-low off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (pine, fresh-green, slight melon), low malty background with a toffee character. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an average IPA with hops already starting to decline.
