AROMA: medium-low to low malt notes (bread crust) with a slight minerally background. starting to appear stale malt notes. APPEARANCE: meidum-light amber color and clear. medium-low beige head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium-low to low malt presence (bread crust), low isovaleric, low sulphur and starting to show stale malt notes. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. faint esters (dried grapes-like). MOUTHFELL: low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an average Altbier.
