Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 29A: pomegranate / 23A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L237D02 (BBF NOV20). AROMA: initial medium-low clean sourness with a low background pomegranate aroma, as well as a touch of doughy malt. APPEARANCE: light gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium clean lactic sourness, followed by medium-low doughy malt notes. faint pomegranate. balance provided by sourness with a dry finish. PALATE: light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a good berliner weiss but with very restrained pomegranate notes.
