TASTE: similar to the aroma with a dominant sour-lactic flavor with touches of barnyard. medium-low bitterness balanced with acidity with a dry and sour finish. almost mono-dimensional. PALATE: medium to medium-high body with high carbonation. OVERALL: another wild ale where the added special ingredients got lost in the fermentation.
