AROMA: medium-low hop-aroma with a citrus character, followed by medium fruity esters. light background of wheat and yeast as well as hop oxidation. APPEARANCE: light gold color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor with a low neutral malt background. low esters (orange-like). medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an american wheat a bit too bitter and starting to show oxidation notes.
