APPEARANCE: redish amber and clear. low ivory head with coca-cola-like retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with same descriptors (medium-high yeast, alcohol and caramel). medium-low bitterness with a dry and yeasty finish. slight acidic note. PALATE: medium body with a burning alcohol sensation. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a dubbel-like beer with execution problems and innapropriate yeast strain.
