Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 21A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L268UW2 (BBF JUL 2018). AROMA: medium malt aroma with a bready and slight toffee note. medium cereal husk, fenolic (plastic), yeast, slight peppery alcohol and oxidized hops (cheese-like). APPEARANCE: pale ambar color and clear. excessive ivory head with average retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor and almost neutral, followed by creal husk notes, and slight yeasy and oxidized hops. high bitterness with a dry and very bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low body with excessive carbonation. slight bitterness astringency. OVERALL: an american IPA already oxidized and with slight execution problems.
