33cl Fles van De Bierkoning. Licht mistig, goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Licht funky, Brett, licht kruidig, licht grassig, licht moutig, degelijk bitter, fris, droog. Lekkere lichte, funky saison. Doet wat het belooft, met Haring kwaliteit.

Een beetje een droog tarwe achtig bier. Licht zurig gist randje. De “funk” is een beetje een walm van zongewarmd plastic vat. Behoorlijk droog en mager in smaakpalet. Dunne body en weinig bubbels. Hazy yellow colour with small white head.Aroma of apples and yeast mild and lively mouth feels with good notes of grass and fruit nice and well balanced finish.

Draft at afterparty Carnivale Brettanomyces 2025. Aka Jans Pils. Didn't take many notes, just enjoyed good beers and good company. What I do remember: Pale golden. Brett, dry mouthfeel, spicy, pilsener matl, hoppy backbone, bone-dry finish.

Tap at Kromme Haring. Slight hazy very pale yellow with white head. Wheat, cloves, light dough, pils malts. Light sweet, a bit more bitter. Light bodied.
