Canned 8/11/25, drunk 10/23/25.
As pictured.
Pretty darned nicely balanced ....gently spicy, lightly fruity hops and classic yeast with light mineral and a good mix of base malt adding moderate honey-like notes in concert with very light toast and round, fruity toffee.
Rich and malty up front with peanuts, salt, mild, peppery bitterness, light vanilla and lingering, gooey brown bread. Hmmm, maybe a bit on the sweet side but man did they get their money's worth on the malt. Complex and near syrupy, it almost doesn't taste sparged. Bitterness from hop with lightly earthy, drying yeast helps add back balance. Very nice stuff. Love the complexity. A bit more attenuation and this would be world class stuff.

Can. Pours clear copper, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel, biscuit, grains. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body, good for style.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with an amber hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has grains and light bread with part of grass and hay underlying. Flavor has light grass and hay with some sweet grains with a bit of light fruits backing.
