A little over 10 years ago, an Irishman brought his love for handcrafted beer to the remote, paradise island of Palau in the distant, equatorial Pacific. Working with the Western Caroline Trading Company, the Palau Brewing Company was founded and Red Rooster Draft was born. Brewed by legendary, Master Brewer Phil Kelm, Red Rooster is the only locally crafted draft beer in the Micronesian islands. Brewed only in Palau using pure, tropical rain, the brand has found its way across the Pacific and into Asia - hand carried by airline pilots, flight attendants and travelers to its many fans.
