Description
Bruno Torres started Brasserie La Baleine in 2013. The Brasserie La Baleine is a micro-brewery offering craft beers brewed in a traditional way (by hand), which allows us to offer you authentic, lively and natural products. The beers made there have that characteristic taste of pure malt. Hops, yeasts, aromatic plants and spices are selected to obtain quality products and unique recipes.
