The firm was founded in June 2004 by Jocelyne Duchesne and Daniel Lessire. Daniel first completed a three-month internship with Eddy Pourtois of Brasserie Sainte-Hélène before starting his own brewery built with second-hand equipment. Production increased from 100 hl/year to 300 hl/year in 2009. 47% of the beers are exported abroad. In 2011, they moved to a larger location in Breuvanne, where a tasting room was also provided in addition to the brewery.
