The Thiérache brewery has been installed since December 2015 at the exit of Ohain, a small village in the North. In a building of 400 m2, the beer is made in a traditional way. Crushing, mashing, boiling, fermentation, keeping, racking and labeling punctuate Philippe Descamps' days.
