Bière locale dénichée en boutique spécialisée. Robe blonde dorée, mousse blanche assez dense mais peu persistante. Nez marqué par des notes fruitées et légèrement épicées. En bouche, l'attaque est vive, avec une dominante de noyaux acidulés, presque aigres. L’alcool se fait sentir, mais sans chaleur excessive. Finale plutôt sèche, avec une légère âpreté. Le profil acide n’est pas trop à mon goût.

Aroma is malty, toast, bit roasted tones even, bit herbal. Taste is medium malty base, caramel, toast, dark bread crust, bit leaves, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, good, enjoyed.
