A native of Touraine and a former cook, Brice Lamblin learned the fundamentals of the beer world, from production to tasting, during trips to Oceania. “I went crazy for beer, but for real beer, craft, natural and authentic.”

Back in Tours, he wanted to revive the brewing tradition there and introduce his fellow citizens to the richness and variety offered by craft beer. And it is by working on the entire product, from the raw materials to the production of the beer, including packaging and design, to distribution, that Brice will give beer back its glory. He trained as a brewer and followed more or less experimental brews in his apartment.

Tired of the tasteless and conformist industrial beers that overwhelm the market, Brice Lamblin's project is simple: to revive the brewing tradition in Tours and convert beer drinkers into lovers of tasteful craft beers. The Touraine microbrewery, combining tradition and modernity, opens in November 2016. ber 2016.
