330ml bottle from La Coin Biere, Tours. Pours a hazy golden amber, small off-white head. Aroma is limey citrus. Taste is quite bitter, yes, but overly so.. lacking a nice pine or resin sweetness to back it up. Malt seems to take a back seat, the overall beer appearing lightweight and empty, yearning for some fruity sweetness or depth of flavour besides a simple bitterness. Needs a bit of work.
