About
Between Loire and Sologne, a stone's throw from the Châteaux of Chambord, Blois and Cheverny, the Brasserie Guillaume was founded in Cour-Cheverny in 2015. Originally from the North, its brewer and manager, Guillaume Leclercq first worked as an oenologist for twelve years in various vineyards in France.

A dozen top fermentation beer recipes, inspired by the Belgian style, are brewed on site from quality raw materials: barley malts from Loir-et-Cher grown in Conservation Agriculture, wheat from the Center region -Val de Loire (Issoudun and Pithiviers malt houses), French hops from Alsace and Flanders, spices. The beer is neither filtered nor pasteurized. No preservatives are added, making it a lively, digestible and natural drink.

Guillaume Leclercq called his beer: "La 1515", to celebrate his installation in the year of the 500th anniversary of the Battle of Marignan in the land of Chambord, in association with François 1er.
