Description

Created in May 2011, the Grenaille Microbrasserie was born from a desire to brew on a small scale, craft beers in the vicinity of Nancy.

All the beers of the Grenaille Brewery are brewed on site at the cooperative in Rosières aux Salines, using an artisanal method, by hand. These are top fermentation beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle. They are produced under the label "Nature & Progrès" (specifications taking into account a global and united ecological reflection). Malts and hops are chosen according to their quality and origin (from organic farming and as local as possible).
