Description
Our brewery is a two minute walk from the sea front and promenade in Morecambe. The building, which dates back to the 1800's, was once part of Morecambe's thriving fishing industry and is situated on the site of the old Morecambe market in the Poulton district of Morecambe.
Our main brewhouse, is a modern 2 vessel system from Brewiks of Slovenia, capable of brewing 650 litres. Each vessel has dual purpose.
Alongside this we have 3 pressurised fermenters. Additionally, we also have our pilot brewery capable of 140 litres with two SS Brewtech unitanks, we use this brewery for special small batches, experimentation and recipe development.
Initially a first floor brewpub based in at The Old Stables, Bulk Street, Lancaster, LA1 1PU, the brewery first brewed in early 2018. During March 2021, they opened a second site in Morecambe. In late 2021, they moved all brewing to Morecambe with the Lancaster premises staying as their pub.
