Mac’s is the original Irish Craft Cider produced in the Orchard County exclusively from locally grown fruit. Mac's operates under the 7000L limit for craft cider makers. Only traditional cider techniques are used - no dyes, preservatives etc are used. Local fruit is crushed, fermented, racked, matured, blended and bottled. A very light level of carbonation is used as bottle conditioning is not permitted under licencing rules. The ciders are pasturised and guaranteed 'Best before your Wake'.
