20/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours almost clear pale orange amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, cola bottles, sprouts, spice. Medium sweetness. Moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Interesting one.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/07/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with a good sized just off white cap, as it goes for a cider. Nose is apple skin, light caramel, sugars, tannins. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, orchard wood, hint of toffee apple, light herb, apple puree. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A solid refreshing and flavoursome cider for just 3%.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, white grains, spicy ginger, apple juice, grassy notes, cola cubes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy apple, ginger beer notes, quite sweet. Palate is medium sweet, juicy, fine carbonation. Good flavour for 3.0%

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Hazy gold colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, pulpy, apricot hint, some funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, juicy, fleshy, stone fruits, with some acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic & lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

The cider starts smooth, very juicy-fruity. The cider is easy to drink, fruity and only slightly tart. Not very intense, but easy to drink like juice. the aftertaste is juicy, fruity. Not too sweet but also not too deep. Hints of tartness on the tongue.

Many thanks for this bottle to Beersiveknown. Orange color with a small white head. Juicy apple aroma. Aplle flavour with a touch of wood and some tannin in a drying finish.
