Located in the heart of the abbey farm, in the old sheepfold, the brewery is breathing new life into the Clairmarais Abbey after more than two centuries of inactivity. The monks brewed there until 1791, when they were expelled.

Before 2021 beers were brewed and bottled at the Brasserie Bellenaert, in Bailleul, and at the Ferme Brasserie de Wagnonville, in Douai.
