Thornsett is located on Thornsett Fields Farm in Thornsett, High Peak. They currently brew off a one barrel system alongside a couple of fermenters. The brewery itself is off grid and relie on gas and solar panels. They brew 6 ales which range from IPA, Dark Mild, Blonde Ale, Best Bitter, Wheat ale & a Stout which are all linked to parts of New Mills. Also, There are tap house opening days at the brewery where ale lovers come along and enjoy themselves with local food stalls also coming. Alongside the brewery, we have our very own organic hop yard which has over 250 hop plants and has 8 different varies of hops which are all used for brewing & decor use.
