We started our journey in 2019 as homebrewers, experimenting with different combinations of whirlpool hops, dry hopping, malts, mashing techniques, water profiles, yeasts, and fermentations... until 2022, when we finally took the leap to share our beers with the world.
Our core principle is to commit to quality and provide a fresh product. We focus on small and exclusive production runs; this allows us to have a higher rotation, giving us the freedom to experiment and improve with every brew. At the same time, it ensures the punchy aromatic profile of our hops and guarantees maximum quality and freshness.
