Description

We are craft beer lovers and NEIPA fanatics. We started our journey in 2019 as homebrewers, experimenting with different combinations of whirlpool hops, dry hopping, malts, mashing techniques, water profiles, yeasts, and fermentations... until 2022, when we finally took the leap to share our beers with the world.

Our core principle is to commit to quality and provide a fresh product. We focus on small and exclusive production runs; this allows us to have a higher rotation, giving us the freedom to experiment and improve with every brew. At the same time, it ensures the punchy aromatic profile of our hops and guarantees maximum quality and freshness.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary, floral, mild biscuity and a bit resin to it. Flavour is sweet grains, floral, nectary and mild biscuity elements.

Thanks fonefan! Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, nectary, some oaty and mild sweet tropical fruity tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, nectary and some mild tropical fruits with some mild oaty tones.

BB 28/09/2026. Murky yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Sweetish overriped tropical fruits in the nose. Medium-bodied. Apricot, stone fruit, citrus in the flavour, pale malts. Overall flavour is quite neutral, watery-like. Doesn't feel old (probably not brewed 09/25 but 01/26) but it is just very plain.

BBE 09/2026. Murky orange colour, medium-sized white head. Straw, riped tropical fruits in the nose. Medium-bodied. Grass, bitterness, some fruityness in the flavour. Bitter. Maybe a bit old.

Head disappearing in an eyeblink. Fully hazy, lightly mossy yellow beer. Vegetable nose, earthy, rootvegetables, kale, just a whiff of citrus. Again earthy, but more recognisably hoppy. Still quite some raw vegetable streak; resin. Very slick, even a bit creamy, velvety texture, despite good carbonation. Not very heavy feel for its 9.2%. Oh the miscreants! Calling it a triple IPA when it comes 0.3% ABV short.
