Description
We are craft beer lovers and NEIPA fanatics. We started our journey in 2019 as homebrewers, experimenting with different combinations of whirlpool hops, dry hopping, malts, mashing techniques, water profiles, yeasts, and fermentations... until 2022, when we finally took the leap to share our beers with the world.

Our core principle is to commit to quality and provide a fresh product. We focus on small and exclusive production runs; this allows us to have a higher rotation, giving us the freedom to experiment and improve with every brew. At the same time, it ensures the punchy aromatic profile of our hops and guarantees maximum quality and freshness.

Jeg går min første planke etter at sykkelavstanden til Melkebaren er kortet ned til 40 minutter. Til høyre: uklar lys sandgul med fint skum som varer. Tropiske frukter, søt citrus, overmoden ananas og snille furunåler. Saftig og farlig lettdrikkelig.,

440ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, notes of lemon, orange, sweet orange, mild, zesty hints of orange peel. Taste is juicy, citrusy fruity hoppy, sweet-ish, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis, notes of orange, mandarine, lemon, some orange peel.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite sweet and a bit sugary, very citrusy - good.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy straw colour, small head. Aroma of pears, papaya, green onion and nectarine. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Husky and fruity with mango, grapes and nectarine. Husky finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of nectarine, mango and grapes. Mid sweet with above medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and husky with mango, pears and papaya. Husky finish with low bitterness.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Cloudy straw colour, mid sized head. Piney apricot aroma. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Piney and apricoty with overripe fruit and evident hop burn.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of grapes and papaya. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Crackery, fruity malt. Grapes and papaya. Mid bitter finish. Uncomplicated, drinkable and very aromatic. Nice.
