Description
Passionate about growing and processing cereals, Mathieu chose to be a farmer-brewer. Being in search of agricultural land, he decided to initially devote himself to brewing.
Numerous readings, meetings and experiences led to the installation in Saint-Malo in 2015. In the future, our objective is to master the barley - malt - beer sector to be autonomous in the supply of raw materials.
