Created in 2014, the microbrewery “Brasserie des 200 Brasses” was initially installed in Hagondange before taking over the installations and equipment of the “Renouveau brassicole” of Ay-sur-Moselle (Ay beers). The 200 Brasses brewery now produces tasting beers and artisanal lemonades whose reputation continues to grow. This is due to high standards in the choice of our raw materials (our malts, our hops, etc.), as well as the particular care taken in brewing and throughout the production processes. All this is associated with recognized know-how, respect for tradition and the environment, great creativity in the development of our recipes as well as listening to the desires of our customers, who are our best tasters.
