The Origins of Green Few Brewery started as a bit of a pipe dream, Head brewer and owner Jon Hill has always had a passion for apples and cider and he hoped to one day try making his own. Well that day came, and it was a bit of a hit, so much so that friends and family started making requests and he had to make more. Next thing you know, word had gotten around and he thought- I wonder if this little hobby of mine might actually be something I can share with the wider world- and here we are!
