BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Orangey gold colour, no head and aroma of fruit, apple. Taste is fruity, appley, some tartness, wood, and bitter drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, fruity dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

11/10/2024. From BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear pale golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is apple, sugars, twiggy, straw, funky edge. Medium sweetness, slightly tart. Moderate body, oily watery, average to soft carbonation. Drying sweet finish. It's fine.

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Bright golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of fresh apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, mellow ripe apple, juicy fruit, with funk hint and some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweetish acidic finish. Quite drinkable

BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. My English Cidery #500. Clear orange gold colour, no head and aroma of apple. Taste is appley, fleshy, some hay, funk, with acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite OK.
