Launched in March 2023, Soquee Brewing is located at 157 boulevard Davout, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris.

Our historic nanobrewery, with a capacity of 3HL, allows us to explore our creativity through numerous ephemeral recipes, produced in very small quantities. We also produce in a cooperative format at a second production site located in Requista, in the Aveyron, with a 20HL brewing system. Andrew, our brewer, splits his time between Paris and Aveyron.

Our ambition as a brewery is to offer beers that are both accessible and complex, aimed at both novices and the most demanding "beer geeks." We brew the beers we like to drink ourselves, with a focus on hoppy beers, traditional beers (Lager, Saison), and dark beers.
