Around the middle of the Meiji period (1868-1912), Yizuisuishin was born by unifying more than 20 different kinds of sake. The traditional Hiroshima sake, "dry and sweet", has been enjoyed by many customers to this day. The characteristic of Yizushin is that it can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons because of its taste and smoothness. It is also crisp and dry, making it an excellent match for food.
