Social Juice is a social enterprise turning surplus fruit into food and drink for sale, with the profits used to fund community fruit orchards. Social Juice makes other great things possible, by capturing carbon, creating volunteering and job opportunities, learning about fruit trees and how to look after them, saving lost heritage varieties, improving biodiversity, exploring the health giving properties of working with trees and fruit, as well as the history and culture of fruit growing across Scotland.
