Social Juice is a social enterprise turning surplus fruit into food and drink for sale, with the profits used to fund community fruit orchards. Social Juice makes other great things possible, by capturing carbon, creating volunteering and job opportunities, learning about fruit trees and how to look after them, saving lost heritage varieties, improving biodiversity, exploring the health giving properties of working with trees and fruit, as well as the history and culture of fruit growing across Scotland. 750ml bottle split with Mrs J from Aeble Cider Paradise mail order - clear as a bell old gold, nae heid. Great sweet apple tang, touches of vanilla and oak, real fresh, good ripe apple peel finish with this one. Can't fault it in any way.

750ml bottle pour at Obhal Cider Tasting, Custom House, Edinburgh 28Mar2026. Orangey gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, vanilla, wood. Taste is sweet, appley, tangy, white wine, woody, vanilla, with some drying tannin. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, sweet & drying tannic at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
