A Sussex microbrewery run by a couple of beer-mad artists with a passion for great flavour and beautiful design.
Founded in 2015 by Nick and Sarah Allen, Greyhound Brewery produced vegan, gluten-free beers and acquired Ballards' brands in 2018. Due to changing market demands, it ceased traditional cask ale production in 2022 to focus exclusively on packaged beers. The brewery closed and was dissolved in November 2024.
