Bottle. Frothy White good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter wonderfull peated flavor. Long heavy bitter herbal finish. Creamy palate. Nice brew.

Tap at the West Coast Brewfest. Pours black with a 3 finger foamy tan head. Aroma is mostly chocolate. Flavor seems add some coffee. The malt is smooth. The finish is smooth and bitter. Tasty.

1 L growler, courtesy of lagunitasfan before he stole daknoles seat and then mine. Pours clear and golden orange with no lasting head. Aroma is dense hoppy and dark fruity with a sweet malt presence. Sweet and fruity flavoured. Nice bitterness to a solid caramel malt base. Acidic to citric bitter finish.
