Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle from jbruner poured into a weizen glass. Hazy light orange with small white head which dissipates pretty fast. Aroma is spicy coriander, light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is coriander and some orange. Reminiscent of Napa Smith Wheat Beer.

Draft at the bar at the Waverly Renaissance, 3/6/15
This made for a decent enough beer, but it comes off as a bit thin. Overall, I thought it was drinkable, but I didn't have a strong attachment to it, nor would I rush out for it again.

Sample at ACAT. Pours a hazy orange, with a thin, off-white head. Coffee hits the nose first, followed by straw, bread, chocolate, and some floral and resinous hops. Very sweet, with minimal bitterness. Medium body, sticky, and pretty astringent. This is a nice, complex combination that works pretty well. The coffee and chocolate overwhelm the hop bitterness, but the hop character is still there.

On tap the Prado Taco Mac. Pours dark brown - nearly black, with a small, nitro-esque, beige film that persists, leaving excellent lacing. Mellow coffee aroma, with some bitter cocoa, resin, juniper berries, and leather. The flavor is mainly a smooth roast and hop bitterness, with a mild sweetness, which balances out quite nicely. Medium body, chalky, smooth, and a little astringent. This is a smooth, easy, well balanced, quality porter.
