Browar na Jurze został zbudowany na bazie dawnej mleczarni. Posiada własne ujęcie wody. Woda o krystalicznej czystości, bez żadnych zanieczyszczeń bakteriologicznych pochodzi z podziemnych formacji wapienia muszlowego leżących na głębokości 125 metrów. Zakład specjalizuje się w warzeniu piw typu pilzneńskiego oraz górnej fermentacji. Wytwarza rocznie około 20 tysięcy hektolitrów piwa, które jest sprzedawane w szklanych butelkach i w beczkach typu keg.

Trübes hell gelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch gering säuerlich, helles Malz, Gewürze. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Gewürze, leicht hopfig.

Bottle from Degustatornia, Gdansk. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an average sized tan colour head. Aroma of chocolate, mild roasted malt, biscuit and hops. Moderate sweetness with bitter roasted chocolate. Medium body, oily but somewhat watery texture, average carbonation. Decent though something seemed to be missing here (the ABV of this bottle was 5.0% not 5.6%).

Lightly hazy cherry red beer, vibrant pink head, good size. Palate is light and semi dry and finely crisp. Mildly tart cherry, some morello cherry. Light tart crisp finish. 1D cherry but a tasty beer nontheless.

Dark brown with little light brown head. Aroma is dark chocolate, cherry, raisins, wood, little coffee. Taste is an even balance of sweet and bitter. Low carbonation, medium full body. Overall nice.
