Jak na kwaśne piwo bardzo ładna piana, choć stosunkowo szybko opada. Piwo jasnożółte, zmętnione. W aromacie kwaskowość, nieco cytrynowa. Trochę jakby nut kefirowych w tle. Aromat średniointensywny. Głęboko w tle chmiel. W smaku kwaśne, kojarzące się ze świeżą cytryną. Bardzo rześkie. W tle kefir, a za nim chmiel. Goryczka nieistniejąca, choć pojawiające się dopiero jako grapefruitowe odczucie na podniebieniu. Kwaśność średniego stopnia. Bardzo orzeźwiające, świetnie pijalne, mimo dość wysokiego wysycenia. Jak dla mnie jeden z lepszych kwasów.

At home. Bottle shared by the Maakun. Dark brown with tan head. Deep roasted malt. Lots of chocolate, bitter, melasse, boozy note. Overall bitter with Distant sweetness. Full body. Very dry and oily slick at the same time.

Bottle shared thanks to Secret Santa. Black with quite big dark beige head. Coffee, lots of roasted malts, molasses, raisins, chalk, light cheese on the nose, dead leaves, old wood, brown sugar, old port wine. Under medium sweet and light bitter. Full bodied with quite some creamy carbonation. Decent stuff.

Bottle, 9%. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. OK stable frothy chalk white head. The flavour starts off citric and turns quite malty, bitter and alcoholic. The citric notes are lemony, rather unexpected in this style. It turns out to be quite sweet when I come to think of it. Boozy finish but in the good way and with a quite high, actually too high, bitterness. The hops make this an interesting beer.

Bottle. Pours hazy lightish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of hops and booze in the long nose. Bitter taste of hops and alcohol, with sweetish malty and fruity notes and hints of citrus and caramel. Bitter, hoppy and slightly metallic aftertaste with sweetish notes. Not bad but the alcohol bitternes is a little too intnsive.

Barwa ciemnozłota, zmętnione, piana biała, dość obfita, szybko się redukuje. W aromacie owocowo, pomarańcz dość intensywna. W smaku słodkie, owocowe, intensywnie pomarańczowe, nuty pszeniczne. Słodycz niestety trochę za duża, ocierająca się o landrynę, lekka goryczka, mogłaby być większa, wysycenie średnie do niskiego, mało nut typowo słodowych. Na lato jak znalazł, nieźle orzeźwiające, poza tym trochę za słodkie.

Bottle. Red colour, sparkling, minimal head. Aroma is raspberry, with lemon and grapefruit in finish. Medium sour, light sweetness. Not too sweet and I like the hops in finish. Very good.

New Year Bottle Share in Odense. Cloudy pink with a small white head. Aroma of raspberry. Sweet and slightly tart, juicy raspberry flavour. Too sweet and un-beer like, but at least it tastes like really berries

Bottleshare @ Rekviums Pizza Palace, Odense C. My fifteen thousand party bash. Pours hazy pinkish with a bubbly off white head. Raspberries, juicy, wheat. Fairly tart and dry bitter finish.
