bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Deep black with a beige-brown head. Lovely chocolatey nose. Tons of chocolate from the start, some caramel and darker roasted malts, hints of espresso coffee. Smooth and very creamy mouthfeel. Neither too sweet nor too dry, perfectly balanced. Delicious and dangerously drinkable. Superb stuff.

bottle from Browarium Sklepy Piwne. Clear pale golden with a mid-sized white head. Grainy aroma. Grainy malty flavours with a burnt character and a pleasant herbal-grassy bitterness. Light-bodied, elegant and crisp, lingering bitter-sweet finish. Smooth palate. Well crafted classic Polish lager, imho clearly underrated so far.

Small off-white head over (cold)hazed orange beer. Traces of oxydation - oxydated malts (or hops?) Then a soapy-orangey aroma, as bathsoap from oranges or kumquats. Faintly resiny. Bitter, really resiny flavour, herbal bitter to the extreme. The thistle - artichoke doesn’t come near. Still, far from unattractive! Ultra-dry, dry-out effect. Quite slick, as indeed resin. Well-carbonated. One that grew on me - fast! Dank je, Aga!

Shortlived white head over fully hazy paler orange beer. End of bottle vicious looking UFO’s. Quite sweet-smelling, aromatic hops, also almonds and something faintly spiced-meaty; new full carpet. Totally oxydized flavour, dried/dead flowers, dusty, lifeless, wey. MF as an oil having lost all viscosity. Bad bottle?

Small white head, with some lace over quite lively carbonated hazy yellow-golden beer. Sulphury & cheesy nose, asafœtida, yeast, catty hops. Ayayay. Didn’t know Belgian beer reeked so much for foreigners. Again asafœtida in the flavour, more hoppy-bitterish this time, hints of lunaria/nectarine. Faintly cheesy still, cheesecrackers. Bit slick, quite well-carbonated, long-lasting flavours. More Polish than Belgian, I might hope... Dank je, Aga!

Bottle. Light red colour, cloudy - like in a home-made juice, small but nice white head. Aroma is fruity, with red currant, cherry, wheat. Medium sourness. Lively carbonation. Original, intensive in taste, great beer.

Barwa miedziana, klarowna, piana średnia, drobna, dość szybko opada. W aromacie karmel, lekko opiekane słody, troszkę alkohol, mało takich typowych melanoidyn. W smaku półwytrawne jak na koźlaka, karmel, dość wyraźny alkohol. Goryczka spora, trochę alkoholowa i palone, trochę za mało koźlakowy, pełnia maksymalnie średnia, wysycenie średnie w kierunku niskiego. Ogólnie wypada przeciętnie, brakuje mu charakteru i jest niezbalansowany, po naprawdę dobrym porterze spodziewałem się równie przyzwoitego koźlaka, a tak trochę zawód.

Süß röstiger, insgesamt runder Antrunk mit alkoholischem Touch. Leicht bitter, die alkoholische Note bleibt. Röstig klebrig, etwas brennend. Okay aber nicht begeisternd. 10/8/8/8/7/8
