Description
This pub brewery started brewing in May 2002. A 5BBL plant is used. It brews not only for the pub but also for other outlets, too. Sales of bottles started in 2003. The beers are kräusened with fresh wort before being bottled.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Hazy pale amber, small head. Caramelly lemon aroma. Dry and lemony with some roastiness. Nice doughy malt behind an unclean tartness. Low bitterness.

Bottled. Pale golden colour, mediumsized foaamy white head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, floral and quite nectary with sweet malts. Some mild sour wooden notes as well. Flavour is fruity, caramelly, floral and some mild sourish notes as well. Balanced.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity wooden, mild grainy and some slight cheesy notes. Flavour is fruity and spicy notes with some slight wooden notes. A bit dull as well.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, big white head. Aroma is bready, some floral and some slight notes of mild grainy notes. Flavour is citrus, mild sour wooden notes, some bready malts as well as very crisp biting carbonation.

Bottled. Hazy golden yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some fruits, some mild marzipan as well. Flavour is quite much the same. One of the better English witbier.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday chriso tasting, London. Pours clear, amber-gold with some sediment and a big, white foam head. Doughy, bready malt aroma. Medium sweet flavor, light lemon citrus, bread. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation. Sweet finish, some woody bitterness.

Cask at the GBBF 2011. Dark golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with grain and bread, and a grassy touch. Dry malty flavour with grassy hops

Cask @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty dusty, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, soft malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours clear golden with no head. Grainy and hayish flavor with a bit of pepper. Medium to thin body. Dry end

Cask@GBBF2011. Deep ambery copper colour with a small beige head. Aroma is nutty, fruity, wooden, nectary and rather pleasant. Flavour is much the same along with some nectar and chocolate as well.
