Ser litt tynn ut sånn mede en gang. Blekgul farge med ett lite hvit bobblete hode. Frisk gode eple aroma. Herfra og inn er det knall. Fin nydelig frisk eple smak. Fin syrlighet balansert med en ok søtlighet. Alt i alt en frisk gode cider!

Pours clear pale yellow-ish with a white head. Aroma has notes of slightly sour green apples and hint of sulfur. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a dry apple finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is fizzy

Big creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh fruity, sweet apples, apple skin, hay, sugar. Taste is slightly fresh acidic, sour apples, sorrel, apple skin, hay. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

On tap at Kick. A clear, straw colored cider with a rim of bubbles. A bit one dimensional in both aroma and flavor, yellow apples and some faint hints of grass, apple cores and sulphur. Dry on the palate, with a soft carbonation. Medium to thin on the palate. Rather boring this one, but refreshing. 140911

Bottle, 75cl, at Haand Festival -14. A clear, pinkish golden cider with a minimal-sized off-white head with a pinkish hue. Raspberry and some apple in the aroma. Not bad, just boring and a tad weak. The flavor is a bit more interesting, still it could use some more apple, the raspberry is too dominant I think. Some raspberry seed bitterness too. Heavily carbonated, semi dry and lightly warming. Overall, sure a drinkable one, but not my cup of tea. Rating: 4-3-5-2-9-2.3. 140523
Bottle, 75cl corked, 2021 vintage. A clear deep red one, still-looking, with a hint of alcohol, higher alcohol and wood in the aroma. There's an underlying apple aroma too, with quite a lot of raspberry. It's full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, althogh quite low carbonation level for a sparkling one. Raspberry, apple, apple cores and grass in the flavor, along with some higher alcohol and a touch of vinegar. Lasting finish. A bit unclean this one, but else quite pleasant and well made. 210809.

Lovely thick oily shining deep orange golden pour with the smoothest and perfect balanced apple flavor you can imagine. WoW this really rocks from the start. Full body with a lovely powerful and balanced sweetness. It feels like eating apples, just better. I could sip to one of these the whole day. Perfect dessert. Well I could easily skip dinner also and have this one!
